Why am I getting "This Account is already logged in" error?

If you are getting the following error when trying to log in to CLIFF, it means you already have an active session in CLIFF. This can occur if you have not logged out of CLIFF, for example, if you closed your browser without logging out of CLIFF first.

To log in, click the Cancel Other Connection checkbox and click the Log In button. CLIFF will cancel the other session and log you in.
